iRadio Station Of The Week

Well, I say of the week, but it's more like every couple of weeks. In any event, I'm working on a review of JBL's PRX400 Series passive speakers paired with Crown's XTi 6002 power amp (yeah, they sent the big one—and it play loud). While I'll be putting this system through it's Rock N' Roll paces this weekend, for now I've set it up with my iPad tuned to BoomerRadio.com's smooth jazz channel. There are a lot of great iRadio channels available, but for that "smooth jazz" sound so popular in the '90s, I find the mix on BoomerRadio's channel among the best. You'll hear everything from instrumentals to funk—easy to listen to, buy never sleepy.

BoomerRadio.co offers a variety of stream so if you're not in the mood for jazz, there are several other exceptional channels to tune in.

By the way, (and this is an unpaid endorsement) For streaming internet radio, I use the StreamS HiFi Radio app ($3.99 from the app store). I've tried numerous apps and settled on this simply because, IMHO, I think it sounds the best.
